Do you really want to step up as a thought leader in your space and become a BADASS PODCASTER for deeper connection & more money with ease?

Let’s go. ⚡️

Imagine how it would feel to:

[01]

Have a podcast that makes a lasting impact on your community AND tops the charts.

[02]

[03]

Record with passion in the moment (in your athleisure right after a sweaty run) submit that gold and walk away.

What if booking new leads happened this easily?

“I stumbled upon your podcast and fell in love, so I signed up for the course”

*Yep, that’s a real example from a RLAR client

Who’s this for?

You if you’re literally just starting with the idea. You have a vision, you’re committed to follow through with it and stick with it for at least a year, and ready to begin now (you just need that guide to know what to do, when).

You if you’re already comfortable speaking and ready to get this thing launched ASAP! You’ve got episode ideas pouring out of you already, an audience fired up and asking for it already, and you’re ready to funnel in leads in a whole new way.

You if you have an existing successful business and want to start creating one long piece of content with your voice that you can repurpose on multiple platforms.

You want to allow opportunities for passive income and leads into your business. You’re ready to grow your network, and connect with others on a deeper level.

How it works.

All clients start with my signature launch framework (Record Like A Rockstar) BUT the path and timeline we take to go through it, (to build and launch your show), will be customized to suit your unique needs and where you’re at when we start working together; because not everyone starts from the same place.

Record Like a Rockstar is a 4 month program, making it perfect for:

⚡️ The newbie starting a show completely from scratch
⚡️ The action taker who already has some things done and wants to launch quickly

This program is perfect for both people, because we start with a proven framework but also use the time and space inside to customize the experience based on where you need more or less support for your custom launch path.

Build It

Taylor Swift describes writing songs as grabbing a floating glittery cloud in front of her face at just the right time. Your podcast vision might feel a lot like that; this glittery idea you've had floating around in your head for a while now. We'll take your vision and bring it down into a tangible reality. Together we build and craft it to bring it to life.

Launch it

Beyoncé rehearsed for 8 months for a 2 hour performance at Coachella. There is so much power in preparation and practice. Now that we have your vision created, it's time to put your voice behind the work. We shift our focus to launching stress free and refining every detail until it all feels just right before the big launch day.

Grow it

Madonna is notated as being the most admired or most influential female performer of all time. Having paved the way for female artists today, (like Britney Spears and Lady Gaga) to experience creative freedom. She used her voice, image and platform to change the way people thought about music, fashion, and even sex. Coming off your launch, you should start to truly FEEL like a Rockstar, finally beginning to truly see the impact your show can have on others. This is where the magic happens. It's here where we switch gears to focus on a new level of support (see below).

After the launch, the next level of support begins.

We’ll spend the remainder of the term implementing strategic systems to set you up for long term success focusing on things like batching, best practices, future planning, automated guest interview systems, pitching and more.

The beauty of this customized launch path and support is we can spend more or less time on whichever areas you need more or less support with.

How this might look for a Newbie vs The Action Taker:

The Newbie

  • We’ll spend the first 6 weeks following the signature Rockstar framework, taking our time and building your show layer by layer refining each detail.

  • We’ll launch your podcast by 8 weeks in, BUT we have time on our side, if you need more time before launching to refine how you sound when you record or to build a launch party, we’ve got it.

  • After launching, we’ll spend the remaining 8 weeks switching our focus to weekly management of your show creating a solid routine for you, and planning forward for things like batching episodes and then diving into things like guest management when it feels like the right time for you.

The Result: We spend more time where you need it, so you feel comfortable and confident with each new phase of the process without feeling stressed or rushed.

The Action Taker

  • We’ll start by evaluating where you’re at now, so we know what we can “skim” through quickly within the framework to get ahead to where you’re starting from, spending the first 4-6 weeks building and launching your show. Let’s say you already have equipment, and have started recording your intro and outro — cool, we’ll make sure your foundation is nailed down, and skip ahead to start working on things like your show description, art and trailer right away so you can launch sooner.

  • Since we still go through the framework, but at a quicker pace than a newbie, you could launch your podcast by 4 or 6 weeks instead of 8.

  • After launching, we’ll spend the remaining 10 weeks refining backend processes and systems. We’ll create a customized (and automated) SOP process for bringing on guests, start planning episodes a month ahead, and explore opportunities for pitching other shows, if you want to.

The Result: We get your show out sooner and focus on strategy and systems (after launch), so you feel accomplished having a professional podcast setup and are able to bring on guests asap with ease.

You’re getting customized launch support AND custom support after you launch — something that sets Record Like A Rockstar apart from other launch programs and packages on the market. You don’t lose support after the launch…because you’re just getting started.

There’s a deeper reason why you’ve been thinking about it for months (or years even).

Imagine where you’ll be with this podcast idea if you DON’T act on it now. Now imagine what’ll change for you, your brand, and your listeners if you did.

Maybe you’ve not jumped in yet because:

  • The idea of creating new content weekly sounds utterly exhausting,

  • You told yourself that having an engaged community full of hot leads was enough,

  • You’re second guessing whether or not you could come up with new content every week.

If you feel called to start a podcast, don’t let a limiting belief stop you from believing that powerful messages will come at the right time and you’ll always have the content you need.

This is why RLAR was designed for just for you.

We’ll meet you at your current capacity, not add more to your plate.

We will create a plan that allows you to repurpose and reuse this content however you wish, so it can go further and work FOR you, bringing in leads passively long term, and using that audio gold on other platforms so you can spread your message from one piece of audio multiple places.

I’m certain…

▶︎ You know the kind of networking opportunities a podcasts brings up, when you start having conversations with guests.

▶︎ You know the impact this kind of authenticity will have on your community,

▶︎ AND you want to make sure you have systems in place with a team ready when the leads start rolling in.

You don’t start something unless deep down you’re already sure it’s going to be successful, so you’ve been sitting on the idea, waiting to start for “the right time”.

So – perhaps you’ve not started because you know it’s gonna be BIG, making you feel like you’ve got to have “x, y, z” done in your business before you can take it on.

I get it, no one wants to [publically] fail, or have an “unsuccessful” launch, but with RLAR, you’ll launch 100% supported!

We’ll build your podcast to fit into your lifestyle - not disrupt it, and we’ll create a game plan that supports you in launch stress-free, successfully, and gets your existing audience fired up to take action… so they’re ready to jump all over your episodes the moment they drop!

You’re a freakin’ Rockstar.
You deserve VIP treatment.

How does this sound?

Expert support and guidance, a stress free (and fun AF) launch, done-for-you service AND customized strategic support that’s unique to you, all in one package; because no two launches are exactly the same, your path-to-launch your dream podcast shouldn’t be a cookie cutter one.

 A look into the framework

FOUNDATIONS:

We’re going to deep dive into the two biggest elements to the foundation of your show; you and your listener.
We’ll use this information to ensures your show actually feels aligned, has strategy and intention behind every element as we bring it life later, layer by layer.

The desire you feel to start a podcast, the big impact you crave, what kind of transformation your listener will get out of your show — it all starts with defining your foundation.

RECORDING:

We’re going to talk about how to record, how to make it sound the best it can, and what kind of prep needs to go into recording so you can rinse and repeat.

Podcast fans will frankly not listen to audio that’s poor in quality, (no matter how good the content is) so it’s important that you know how to record confidently and how to audit your own sound so you can continue to improve as a professional podcaster and speaker overtime.

REPRESENTATION:

One of the most exciting sections of the framework — you’ll actually start to see your show come to life.
We’ll focus on both written and visual representation establishing elements of your show like the show description and cover art.

We don’t mess around with it comes to podcast cover art and graphics, I have partnered with a Graphic Designer who will create art that is customized to you, your brand and your vision.

TRACKS:

Continuing to add layers to your show, we move onto tracks - the individual audio elements that create symmetry for your audio. We’ll focus on choosing music, creating your intro and outro and a show trailer.

Strategy plays a big role in this section, as we get specific about how you want listeners to move through your episodes, where to go after the episode is over, and how you want them to feel when you “set the mood” with your music from the first second they land on your show.

EPISODES:

Structuring your episodes becomes another strategic layer in this section. From creating a customized template for episode show notes, to how you want to hook your listener (so they want to keep listening), this section is all about creating a format for your episodes.

Creating a format takes the guess work out of structuring your episodes later, it also keeps everything on brand, and easy to rinse and repeat (for you and your team).

LAUNCHING:

The big day is almost here, it’s almost time to launch your show! Here we’ll focus on creating a launch team (to create hype for you show), nailing your launch episodes, and prep to make sure the day feels fun and exciting and stress free!

Getting ready to launch can bring up a lot of unexpected anxiety and cold feet, (yes, I’ve seen it happen numerous times), but don’t worry, I’ve created a lot of space here so we can navigate your launch in a way that doesn’t add stress to your plate, but feels empowering instead.

The results You’ll Get

A stress-free launch, confidence behind the mic, realizing that dream of seeing your podcast (finally) come to life, a system to grow and manage your show with ease, and a place to speak your truth and connect with others that feels like home.

This is your stage, the place to use your voice and create greatness worthy of the Rockstar you are.

FYI - This is NOT a good fit for you if ...

You’re only looking to launch a podcast for “pleasure” or entertainment purposes only. AKA not looking to use your show for your business.

Your schedule is hella full right now. Expect to commit to building this show together (about 2-3 hours per week from you) if you don’t have room in your schedule right now for that, you can pre-book a later start date for when you’re not launching or at maximum capacity.

So you can show up fully for this dream you have and give it the attention it deserves. *See below for details about extended payment plans when pre-booking your start date.

You’re not interested in being mentored or coached. If you’re just looking for someone to do the “labor” and edit everything for you, this won’t be a good fit. There is a reason why everyone goes through the framework. I cannot provide you with the same high level experience (and you may not get the same results) if you skip the process. I cannot support you to the fullest capacity to help you get the results you’re looking for if you’re not open to being mentored or coached along the way.

Step 1

I’ll review your application and we’ll chat (in Instagram DM’s or email) in case you have any further questions. If we’re a good fit to work together, we move on to step 2.

Step 2

Next, I’ll send over the appropriate paperwork. You’ll need to review the contract and sign it, set a start date, and pay the first invoice. Then move on to step 3.

Step 3

Then, we’ll begin the Onboarding process (giving you access to everything) and schedule our first Zoom Strategy Session to kickoff the program!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:: Is this a self-study course?

A:: No. There are video modules to educate you on certain areas we need to cover together, yes, but the work to create, launch, and setup your show for success will be done together - in collaboration with one another each week.

Q:: Are there additional costs?

A:: This program is designed to be as all-inclusive as possible, however there are some expenses you will be responsible for on your own. Some examples of these are: your podcast hosting platform and recording equipment.

However, the following are included in the cost of the program: podcast cover art (custom designed by my graphic designer), up to three social media graphic designs for audiograms/promotion (custom designed by my graphic designer), one music track for your intro and outro.

Q:: Is D-F-Y service included?

A:: Yes! You bet. Some of the things you don’t have to worry about doing yourself are: setting up your podcast hosting platform, editing any audio, scheduling episodes to publish, pulling quotes or audiograms from your episodes, mixing music and audio tracks, and the list goes on and on. — Point being, don’t worry about the techy-crap, I’ve got ya on all that.

Q:: What’s the support & communication like?

A:: I want you to feel supported the entire time we build your show together and you’ll need accountability along the way. For more in depth questions and accountability, we’ll work together on a one hour Zoom call twice monthly. In between these calls, you’ll have access to me Monday-Friday via Voxer for when you need to brain storm something or ask a quick question.

Q:: When when I launch?

A:: Because the path is customized to you, you’ll launch within 2-3 months depending upon how quickly we move together through the framework.  *We won’t launch in less than 1 months time, because of the time it takes to build your show.

Q:: How long is the program term?

A:: Four months in total.

Q:: What happens after the program? Do you offer support for my podcast each week on an ongoing basis?

A:: Absolutely! After the program, if you’re interested in continuing work together for longterm growth and management of your show (and we have open availability), you’ll be invited to our ongoing retainer Strategic Podcast Management service (Click here for details)
