As a typical enneagram 9, my go-to happy place is curled up with the fam under a big fluffy blanket, in my husband’s old Led Zeppelin tee I took from him back in high school, binging movies on Netflix with a giant bowl of homemade popcorn.

I’m a projector (if you follow Human Design), and my favorite Disney princess is Ariel. You wouldn’t think the two would make since together, but I’ve realized as I’ve helped numerous women birth their podcast dreams into reality how impactful it can be as a projector to support and guide others by being able to truly “see” them, their vision and desire to make an impact. It’s so rewarding empowering women to step into their power in a whole new way, to use their voice and speak with authenticity in what may feel like the most natural way for them for the first time (the mic has a way of bringing out what you’re truly thinking and feeling like no other platform).
Ariel stepped into her own power and empowered others when she used her voice, you could say she’s my fav for a reason. 😏

I was always being led to this and now,
I’m so grateful I can lead others to do it too.

I’ve always had a fascination with film (yep you read that right). The way they strategically tell a story, take the audience on a journey, and transcend your mind beyond the screen - to impact your actual feelings and leave you daydreaming about it long after the credits have finished rolling.

This obsession carried over into college. My major was actually in film, and changed slightly as I changed schools, but over my college experience, I learned everything I could possibly absorb about storytelling, behind the scenes expertise, and how these masterpieces were able to use their magic to teach us something, inspire us, and impact us beyond the screen. (My dream job at the time was actually to be a video editor - who knew years later my dream job would pivot slightly into audio?)

Post college, life took me in a different career direction. It wasn’t until after my third child was born that I decided it was time to explore my own career dreams, stop working for “the man” and so in January of 2019 I started an online business.

It didn’t take long for my passion for the creative arts to become reignited. I realized that Podcasting combined everything I loved about filmmaking with the ease and accessibility that female entrepreneurs craved when balancing their home life with their online business and gave them the opportunity to create that massive impact they wanted to reach their audience.
