My ride-or-die-baby! Yall, ClickUp is by far THE best Project Management Tool I’ve used to date (and I’ve used a lot). I often describe ClickUp as if Asana + Trello had a baby with the powers of Superman, it’d be ClickUp. You can manage your entire business (and personal life for that matter) in ClickUp. I use it for back end business tasks, organizing business financial information, branding, team on boarding and training, team communication, business SOP’s, and use it for every single client’s podcast. We can map out goals, use built in docs, assign team tasks, and chat all in one place.

From customized dashboards, spreadsheets, to board and list views, to automations 😏 , to custom filters to so you can see just what you need to see all in one place — ClickUp is the beast of project management tools and I swear I’ll use nothing else!

We use the BUSINESS PLAN (currently at $9/month) and highly recommend!

Dubsado is one of my most favorite tools. For backend business CRM, client tracking for things like gorgeous Contracts, Questionnaires, Sub-Agreements, Lead Capture Forms and more it’s one of the first resources I use in my business regularly. With the ability to create canned emails, and automated workflows your onboarding and offboarding processes will feel easy for you and seamless for your clients.

There are a LOT of options to choose from when selecting a platform to host your podcast and not all are created equally. I recommend Podbean because it’s very user friendly, it’s a clean user interface, it offers ALL the services you need for your show, integrations to auto-upload episodes to some social platforms, and statistics are clean, clear and easy to understand. With the option to have UNLIMITED storage, AND monetization options like Patrion, or Ads.

I recommend the Unlimited Audio Plan to all my clients and it’s what I personally use myself for The Move Your Lips Podcast.

Wavve makes it easy for anyone to share audio content to social media as video. It’s used by podcasters, radio shows, marketers, and musicians.

I personally use Wavve to create audiograms for my clients so they can share video clips of their podcasts on their social platforms with captions that are easy to promote their episodes and customized to their personal brand.

I highly recommend trying it out for yourself:

Most people don’t realize that you technically need an agreement in place with your podcast guests.

To make sure you’re able to freely promote & use the audio content you’re creating, without any unnecessary obstacles getting in your way you need a Podcast Guest Contract Template.

That’s why I recommend you check out Coaches & Company, a contract template shop that I personally endorse, to help you upgrade your current legal agreements and add a Podcast Guest Contract to your resources.

You can purchase any contract through the link below and use my personal code: ERIN10 to get 10% off your purchase:

*Disclaimer: I do receive commission bonuses through this link, however I love being an affiliate because they are my go-to resource for my own business contracts, I love working with the founder, Yasmine Salem Hamdan for my own legal inquiries within my business and I believe access to legally drafted resources are a necessity for anyone in business at any stage.

Amazon Equipment Recommendations.

There are a LOT of options to choose from for Podcast equipment. I recommend that you start with good quality equipment, and consider your budget first. You can always upgrade your equipment as you become a professional podcaster.

The essentials are a microphone, audio interface (if using an XLR mic), a pop filter/screen, and a good set of headphones (I also recommend mounting the mic).
